The Tombs of the Kings where you will find the well-preserved mosaics are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano (meaning Upper) Paphos up on the cliff giving panoramic views is the most important administrative centre and residential district and Kato (meaning Lower) Paphos, by the sea, built around the harbour and medieval port is the main tourist area.
